Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of this website and of the signed-in area.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
1. Scope and purpose of this website
This website is the self-presentation of Otho Gabisonia, trading under the business name GGS Network. Under that name a development studio designs, builds and operates software, together with the partner studio Nouvex. The website presents the studio and its way of working and announces projects that are in development.
These terms set out the conditions under which the website and the signed-in area may be used. They apply in the version available here at the time you open the pages.
2. No offer and no provision of services
No services are offered and no commissions are accepted through this website. The projects and articles shown here serve only to inform about our own work.
The content is neither an offer within the meaning of § 145 BGB nor an invitation to make one. No contract is concluded through this website, and access to the signed-in area does not give rise to any claim to a service.
Where business relationships exist outside this website, they are governed exclusively by the agreements made separately for them. These terms neither replace nor supplement such agreements.
3. Content and copyright
The texts, images, graphics and designs published on this website are protected by copyright. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any form of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require our consent in text form.
Reading, saving individual pages for private use and quoting with attribution within the limits of § 51 UrhG remain unaffected. No right to use the business names or signs is granted.
Automated analysis of this content for the purpose of training generative models is prohibited. This is a machine-readable reservation of use within the meaning of § 44b(3) UrhG.
4. Third-party marks and the absence of any affiliation
This website names projects and products of third parties, such as the free open-source projects Moonlight and Sunshine that one of the studio's projects builds on. These names, marks, logos and product designations belong to their respective owners.
They are named descriptively and for no other purpose than to identify the basis of the project in question. Such use is permitted under section 23 of the German Trade Mark Act and creates neither a right in those marks nor the appearance of any licence to use them.
There is no commercial, corporate or other affiliation between us and the companies named. The work shown has not been commissioned, reviewed, supported or approved by them, and it does not access their systems, accounts or data.
What is shown are design studies and no substitute for those companies' official applications. For timetables, prices, availability and bookings only their own information is authoritative.
5. Access to the signed-in area
The signed-in area is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. No access is opened for consumers.
Access is granted personally, either through the identity providers we operate or by a named invitation. There is no open registration.
Credentials are confidential and must not be passed on. Where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, or where it is necessary to avert a threat to operations, we may suspend access.
6. Obligations when using the site
The website must not be used unlawfully. The following are prohibited in particular:
- infringing third-party rights, in particular copyright, trade mark and personality rights
- impairing the security, stability or availability of the systems in any way
- circumventing access or security mechanisms
- automated access going beyond the usual scale of loading a page, without our consent
7. Availability
There is no entitlement to continuous availability. We may restrict, interrupt or discontinue operation at any time, in particular for maintenance, in the event of technical faults, or for security reasons.
Content may be changed, added to or removed at any time. No assurance is given that a particular article will remain retrievable.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for the breach of a material obligation, and limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical for such cases.
The articles on this website reflect what was known at the time of publication. They are not advice on an individual case — neither technical nor legal — and create no advisory relationship. Anyone basing a decision on them does so on their own responsibility.
The provider of a linked external website is always responsible for its content; see the legal notice for details.
9. Data protection
Which personal data are processed when you visit this website and use the signed-in area, on what legal basis, and which rights follow from that, is set out in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We adapt these terms when what this website offers changes or when the legal situation requires it. The version available here at the time applies; the date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
11. Governing law and place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this website is Karlsruhe, in so far as the other party is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
