GGS Network is a business name. It is the name of a development studio that designs, builds and operates software; design and development happen together with the partner studio Nouvex. The provider in the sense of the law is the natural person named above, working as a freelance professional.

As a small business within the meaning of § 19 UStG, no value added tax is charged. There is therefore no VAT identification number under § 27a UStG.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

There is no reference to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: it was shut down on 20 July 2025 after Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7(1) DDG and the general laws. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
